Bespoke Design Control Panels For Carbonating Pumps

This is a family run company with over 45 years’ experience in the bottling and brewing industry based in Telford, who specialise in manufacturing carbonating and pre-mix machines for a vast amount of products including water, cider, beer, wine and soft drinks with customers here in the UK, Ireland and Europe.

Deescan has been working with Carbonation for a number of years and in that time we have manufactured numerous amount of panels for their machines, each as bespoke as the next one which presents its own set of challenges, which can range from technical information which could include the Kw size of the carbonating pumps, the amount of solenoid valves of the system, the amount of LED indication lights required on an indication tower etc.

All these changes in the specification can have an effect on the time it takes to manufacture and result in a delay for panel to reach the customer. But working with Carbonation for so long we factor in these changes in specification so that the customer’s deadline isn’t missed and the project is kept on track.

As Deescan has been working with Carbonation for so long we are always looking towards future development with our panels as it stands we are looking to upgrade the relay logic used in the Carbonation Panel’s to a PLC with HMI to help onsite engineers with any issues they may encounter but also to increase productivity.
