Diagnostic / Troubleshooting

Having faults on a control system is never ideal but at Deescan we can help Diagnose any issues on a control system whether that be a simple start / stop function not working on a conveyor belt system or something more complicated as PLC system keeps freezing / failing on a regular basis. One of our engineers can help diagnose faults over the phone / email / remote access or we can also come to site to assist the customer’s engineers, in rectify the fault. If the issue is ongoing we at Deescan can put a report together to either replace the control panel with an up to date system or something as simple as replacing obsolete parts which we can then assist the customer in rectifying the issue.
